Judging criteria: A judge will observe and listen to your arguements and will declare the winner on the basis of Fact of arguements.
Topic: Ed-Tech: Threat Or Opportunity for traditional schooling systems

1. No registration fee for the participants.
2. There will be maximum two members in one team - one speaking For the Motion and the other Against the Motion.
3. A panel of eminent judges shall judge the competition. In case of any dispute, the decision of the judges would be final.
4. Each speaker will be allowed to express his or her views for 5 minutes.
5. Cross questioning is allowed.
6. The speaker will be evaluated on the criteria of content, diction, eloquence, body language and confidence level.
7. Facts must be accurate.
8. In the questioning period, the questioner may ask any fair, clear question that has a direct bearing on the debate.
9. The debate shall be bilingual, either exclusively in English or exclusively in Hindi.
10. There is 20 minutes of preparation time from the announcement of a pre-announced topic to the beginning of a debate.

Topic: Role of IEEE in career Management OR IEEE Day Celebrations
● A poster of A3 size has to created in campus.
●Every Participant will be given A3 size sheet, pencil, erazer and basic water colours.
●A Candidate can bring his own colours, colored pens and markers.

• The Event will be held completely in Offline Mode. Systems with high internet speed will be provided to the participants who will attend the event in college premises.
• There is no registration fees.
• BVICAM Code Challenge consists of 2 rounds.




ROUND 1

• Round 1 will be an elimination round.
• It consists of a quiz that will test your knowledge in Computer Science.
• It will have 30 questions, and the time limit will be 20 minutes.
• Prelims will be start at 9:30am and will be open till 12:30pm. Participant can give their test at any time between this But you will get only one shot. Make sure you hit bullseye.
• Results will be announced at 2pm.




ROUND 2

• Those participants, who cleared Round 1 will be eligible to attempt the Round 2.
• Round 2 will be a coding round .
• It will commence at 3 pm sharp.
• There will be 3 coding questions and you will be given 2 hours.
• You will be allowed to use C/C++/Java for solving these questions.
• Participants will be judged on the basis of submission time and complexities of their solutions

• You have to watch our any of one event according to your suitability and record a PTC.
• The duration of P2C will be 2-3mints maximum. More than time will deduct your performance based marks.
• While speaking wearing sunglasses, earphones and any technical instrument will not be allowed.
• Carry your equipments like camera, mic accordingly.
• The result will be on the basis of your performance, confidence and body language.
• Give your 10 sec introduction before starting PTC.
• Keep your message short and clear.
• Use single Language either Hindi or English while recording your video.
• Judgement will be based on frequency words of choice and your way of your message delivery.
• After recording a video participants have to submit their video to concern co-coordinator for the judgement and result
