| Session Title: Advances in Remote Sensing and Medical Applications (ARSAMA) |
| Aim: Advances in data acquisition with higher spectral, spatial, and temporal resolutions, pose several challenges in applications across domains. This special session, ARSAMA 2023 aims to capture the significant and novel methodologies, theories and technologies in employing solutions towards addressing the challenges of remote sensing and medical applications.

Dr.B.Sandhya completed her graduation (1999) from Osmania University in electrical and electronics engineering and master’s degree from BITS Pilani (2005). She was awarded Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Hyderabad (2011). Her professional experience is a rich blend of industry, R&D and academic spanning more than sixteen years. Her principal area of research is image processing, ML, Pattern Recognition, DeepLearning. She is currently serving as Professor in the Department of Computer Science& Engineering in MVSR Engineering College, Naderguland. She has several research publications in international conferences and journals. She has successfully executed consultancy projectsfor DRDO labs, DRDL, RCI and ITRinthe areas of Image Registration and Time series data classification.

 | Dr. Rajesh Kulkarni is Associate Professor at MVSR Engineering College, Hyderabad ( Among Top 5 Engineering Colleges) and Ex-faculty at HETIC India, Bengaluru.Dr. Rajesh Kulkarni is Ex-Director of Smt Indira Gandhi College of Engineering, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. He is also Constant Mentor at Ignition Incubation Center (www.iic-india.org). His Webinars/Seminars/FDPs reached more than 15000 participants who got immensely benefitted (https://www.slideshare.net/rkpv2002/).He is Founder of Uma Publications Nanded (http://umapublishinghouse.com/) and CAVE Academy PuneHe mentored and now is a Distant Associate for IPAdventeure LLP Company an IPR startup (https://ipadventure.in) |  | Dr.Daggubati Sirisha has completed her graduation in the year 2001 from Madras University in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Her professional experience is a rich blend of industry, research & development and academics spanning more than eighteen years. She has won “Certificate of Merit” in the DRDO Dare to Dream National Level Innovation Contest-2021 in the Individual category for proposing a novel approach to Monitor theHealth and Early Warning Diagnostic Tool for Aero Gas Turbine Engine, using Data Driven Machine Learning Techniques. Recipient of Cognizant Best Teacher Award (2017) and CSI "Best Paper Presenter Award at international conference" for three successive years-2017- 2019. |
