| Aim: Smart Computing for Social Upliftment aims to combine the technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT) and Wireless Communiation(WSN) and communication fields. These are interdisciplinary, including computer science, mathematics, psychology, linguistics, philosophy, neuroscience etc. This interdisciplinary special session seeks scientific understanding on data and intelligence. |

Dr. Vinayak D. Shinde is an Associate Professor of the Computer Engineering Department at Shree L. R. Tiwari College of Engineering, Thane, Maharashtra, India (affiliated to University of Mumbai). He is an approved teacher from the University of Mumbai for UG and PG courses in Computer Engineering as well as an approved guide/supervisor for the PhD programme at the University of Mumbai and JJT University. He had served as a Head of the Department (Computer Engineering) in SLRTCE from 2013 to 2020. He has organized conferences at college level, and special sessions at international conferences delivered and served as session chair in conferences like ICEMTE-2017, ICSCET-2018, ICIATE-2019, INDIACom-2018, 2021, 2022 and 2023.  | Mr. Yogesh Pingle (PhD Pursuing in Computer Engineering, M.E Computers, B.E. Computers) is working as an Assistant Professor in Information Technology Department of Vidyavardhini’s College of Engineering & Technology, Vasai, Maharashtra. He did his B.E.in Computer Engineering from V.J.T.I. Mumbai and did his M.E. in Computer Engineering from TSEC, Mumbai. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience and 2+ years of industry experience as a Software Programmer. He has published 20 research papers in IEEE, Conferences, Journals. He has been worked as a session chairperson as well as co chairperson for the subject “Internet of Things – Considerations and Applications” in IEEE international conference, IndiaCom 2016, IndiaCom 2017, IndiaCom 2018, IndiaCom 2019, IndiaCom 2020 and IndiaCom 2021 at New Delhi. |
