Dr. S. Manikandan is currently working as Associate Professor and Head/Chairman (Board of Studies) of Information Technology in EGS Pillay Engineering College (Autonomous), Nagapattinam. He has 11 years of teaching experience. He completed PhD from Anna University in 2020, ME(CSE) with University Rank Holder and Distinction from Annamalai University in the year of 2012 and BTech (IT) with Distinction from EGS Pillay Engineering College in Nagapattinam in the year of 2010. He is member of IEEE, ACM, MIE, CSTA, IAENG, CSI and ISTE. Currently, he is doing research in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning and Data Analytics. Recognized Supervisor (Ref. No.: 4040100) from Anna University. His research interests include Deep Learning, Data Analytics, Expert Systems and Decision Making.
